  • Uthra Srinivasan

    Practice Manager

    Uthra has worked in the healthcare field for more than eight years, including over four years in dental-related practices. As the Practice Manager at Gupta Orthodontics, she brings extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and operational expertise that help support a process-driven approach to maintaining an efficient and patient-focused practice. She enjoys creating a positive environment for both the team and the patients we serve.

    Outside of the office, Uthra enjoys spending time with her husband and their 9-year-old son. She also loves outdoor activities and dancing.

  • Genesis Matos

    Marketing Executive & Lead Treatment Coordinator

    Genesis serves as the Marketing Executive and Lead Treatment Coordinator at Gupta Orthodontics, where she combines her passion for patient care with strategic marketing and growth initiatives. She loves helping new patients feel comfortable and confident as they begin their orthodontic journey, taking time to walk families through treatment options and answer any questions along the way. With a strong background in patient communications, treatment coordination, and marketing strategy, Genesis works closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience is welcoming, smooth, and personalized. Outside the office, she enjoys music, creative projects, and spending time with her puppy.

  • Brittany Colton

    Orthodontic Assistant

    Brittany is a dedicated orthodontic assistant who loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She’s known for her caring approach and attention to detail.

    Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing softball, and running her small business, Rustic Bloom Permanent Jewelry, where she expresses her creativity and passion for connecting with others.

  • Lindsey Evans

    Treatment Coordinator

    Lindsey is the Treatment Coordinator at our office and has been working in the dental and medical field for over seven years. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident as they begin their orthodontic journey, and she enjoys guiding families through the treatment process every step of the way.

    Originally from Washington State, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors when she’s not at the office—especially hiking and exploring nature. She also loves relaxing with her family and getting creative with crocheting.

  • Monica Neave

    Orthodontic Assistant

    Monica has been in the dentistry field for almost 5 years working as an orthodontic dental assistant.

    She enjoys being a part of her patient’s journey to a smile they can be confident about and getting to meet all the wonderful people behind those smiles.

    During her free time, Monica enjoys hiking, taking a Pilates class, and discovering a new coffee shop, especially if they offer any matcha option.

  • Stephanie Gonzales

    Orthodontic Assistant

    Born and raised in Texas, Stephanie is excited to start her journey in the dental field and pursuing a career in orthodontics. She is passionate about learning and providing a positive experience for patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends by either gaming online or going to concerts. She also loves reading mystery and thriller books, doing crafts, and relaxing with her two beloved cats.

  • Ayda Flores

    Scheduling Coordinator

    Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Ayda and her husband moved to the DFW area in 2021 to be able to watch their (then 2-year-old) niece grow up. She is now a proud Tia to 2 nieces and a nephew! Ayda has been working in the dental field for just over two years. She enjoys seeing when patients are excited to start their journey with braces just as much as seeing the big smiles when the braces come off at the last appointment. She feels that being able to work with friendly, and positive team members makes every day a great day to work! Si solamente hablas espanol, claro que te puedo ayudar! When Ayda is not at work you can find her hanging out with her family and friends, playing board games or card games like Phase 10, Uno, and Speed. Eating tacos is her favorite hobby, so recommendations are always welcomed.

    Orthodontic Assistant

    Julie has more than 15 years of experience in orthodontics! She helps Dr. Gupta with many aspects of patient care and procedures. She goes above and beyond to ensure our patient’s comfort at all times. Julie loves working in such a positive environment with team members who are friendly, respectful, and outgoing.

    When not at work, Julie loves spending time with family and loves cheering on The Texas Rangers!

    Orthodontic Assistant

    Diana is an orthodontic assistant and the 3D printing coordinator. Diana loves her job because it gives her the ability to help patients get the perfect smile they desire. Seeing their transformation from beginning to end is very satisfying for her. In her free time, Diana likes going out to have fun with her family and friends and trying new things.

    Scheduling Coordinator

    Born and raised in the Dallas, Texas metroplex. a Servants heart who dreams of being a Nurse or in Pediatrics. A 2nd place winner on the Dive and Swim team who loves children, nature and animals.  Believes in communication is the key to success and having a good positive, team effort working is essential in all forms of careers ! When not at work I’d like to engage in games, movies and reading books, arts and crafts and of course swimming, if i have the times. Loves Italian, Hispanic and Seafood. Food is the key to the heart
